About the Covenants and Bylaws
The Covenants and Bylaws are the governing documents of the Association. They are components of the Articles of Incorporation establishing the Association as a corporate entity in the State of Illinois. The stated objectives of the Declaration of Easements, Covenants and Restrictions include in part:
